At the castle of Moncassin we cultivate 11.5 hectares of vines, on gravelly clay soils, planted with noble grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet franc, Merlot for the reds, Sauvignon and Sémillon for the whites.
We offer a range of AOP Buzet blended wines, offering supple, aromatic and light reds to be drunk young or powerful and aromatic, partly aged in oak barrels to give large bottles over time. Our white wine is dry and fruity with citrus and passion fruit notes. Our rosé is lively and fruity with apricot and tangy connotations.
